Please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions;
50% of total accommodation fee (i.e. Reservation Fee) for all room options are payable on booking room. Please note this fee is non-refundable. This secures room until your arrival.
We cannot secure your room without a Reservation Fee
Cheques are only acceptable as pre-payment prior to arrival (allow a period of 5 working days for cheque to clear).
A valid credit card is required; for security against any room damage, etc..
Remainder of accommodation fee is payable thereafter and must be paid either before or on arrival at Laburnum House Lodge.
Room keys are only handed to guests at arrival, on full payment of accommodation fee. Acceptance of room key indicates your acceptance of all our Terms and Conditions.
We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs for an additional one-off cleaning fee of £20.00 (in selected rooms only).
Breakfast is extra and is not included in accommodation fee unless so stated by the management of Laburnum House Lodge. Unless agreed otherwise, we will charge £7.50 per adult and supply a full English style Breakfast. This may be either pre-paid or purchased on the morning.
Please advise us of any food intolerances, allergies or dietary preferences prior to arrival.
Please report all damage to rooms; any significant damage (i.e. burns, stains and rips etc.) will be charged to guest. It may also be necessary to close off affected room while we return it to a fit state; in this instance we reserve the right to charge "loss of room hire" (at standard accommodation rates) to the person responsible. We further reserve the right to contact the police, courts etc. should recompense for significant room damage not be forthcoming.
In the event of a key being lost or not handed in to reception on departure the guest responsible will be charged (at cost) for a replacement lock.
Guests must respect the well-being of other guests; anyone responsible for anti-social, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave (with no refund given). In extreme situations we reserve the right to contact the police should a guest who is asked to leave the premises does not do so. All our rooms receive a clean and pre-check prior to letting. We ask guests (if they are unhappy with their room for any reason) to please advise us immediately so we can promptly rectify the situation or provide another room.
